Delete your Scorrenza account
On this page you can delete your Scorrenza account without the app. You can also delete it in the Scorrenza app.
How it works
- Enter the email address of your Scorrenza account.
- We send a 6-digit code to that address.
- Enter the code on this page, confirm, and your account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Immediately: you are signed out on every device and your account can no longer be used.
- After 30 days, permanently: your account and email address, your device records, consents, access rights and sign-in codes, the link between you and the PDFs you uploaded, and the PDF, layout and reference files that no other user uses.
If you sign in to Scorrenza again within these 30 days, you are asked whether to restore your account; if you choose to restore it, the deletion is cancelled. If you do not sign in, your account and your data are permanently deleted after 30 days; this cannot be undone.
What is kept
- Records of changes made by Scorrenza administrators (for example, access granted to your account) contain no email address; when your account is permanently deleted, their link to you is removed. The records of your own account deletion request, deletion, restoration and decision to continue the deletion (when and how) are kept for 10 years together with your account ID number, but without your email address, so that we can show that your request was carried out.
- When your account is permanently deleted, we also create an erasure record that contains only your account ID number and the time of the deletion (no email address). It is kept for 3 years, separately from the 10-year records above, so that we can show that the deletion was carried out.
- Delivery records of the emails we send you (including your email address) are kept on our mail server for at most 5 weeks and are then deleted automatically.
- Your data remains in our encrypted backups for at most 6 months after it is deleted; it is removed together with the backup at the end of that period.
- Our servers' access logs (including IP addresses) are kept for at most 14 days and are then deleted automatically.
